Triptych Assignment: Emphasis

In your blog write about the element or principle that you will focus on and DESCRIBE 3 DIFFERENT examples of what you could photograph.

- In your Description answer the following:

* What will your subject be?

* Where will you photograph your subject?

* What time of day will it be? Where will your light source come from?

* What camera setting would be best for this setting?

Architecture

Nature or Gardening

I'm going out over the weekend to UCSD and CCA, so I'll see a lot of different nature and architecture opportunities. With water, I might go to a lake or create the image in my own home.

For architecture, I might photograph the big, rock bear with my brother climbing up the side. Mainly though, I will use repetition of architectural patterns, with one viewed from a side angle angled upwards with a light in the top corners, to photograph my subject. I would probably used manual with a large aperture for this. Playing at the park, I would use motion and one subject to capture how I would move from one to picture to another.

Nature and Water are similar since I would use Macro settings for my camera. I would probably take a picture of pure water, somebody interacting with water (dip a finger in the water), then a case where water has been polluted. For nature, in a well light daytime setting (or a nighttime glowing thing), I would photograph a flower, animal. For this one, my options are much more variable.

Possibly combine repetition.

Use color for all of them.
